ILM Level 7 Diploma for Senior Leaders (603/7778/1)

The ILM Level 7 Diploma for Senior Leaders (603/7778/1) is aimed at candidates who have senior leadership responsibility and are responsible for providing clear, inclusive and strategic leadership and direction relating to their area of responsibility within an organisation.

 

Course Structure

Through the Learning Assistant platform, provided by City & Guilds, you can earn your qualification online while learning, developing and practicing the skills required for employment and/or career progression in management.

To gain the Level 7 Diploma for Senior Leaders you must complete 7 mandatory units.

Unit 701: Strategic Leadership

Unit 702: Strategic Change Management

Unit 703: Organisational Values and the Strategic Context

Unit 704: Strategic Influencing and Negotiating

Unit 705: Strategic Data Analysis

Unit 706: Strategic Workforce and Logistics Planning

 

Course Format

The learning material is provided electronically on the Learning Assistant Platform with a guidebook and assessment plan. The assessment team will monitor your progress to offer you support and guidance throughout your course. 

 

Assessment

A personal portfolio will be produced demonstrating understanding and application of the standards at this level, and evidence can be electronically submitted via the Learning Assistant platform. Your work will be assessed and verified by our trained Management assessors in order to complete your qualification.

 

Duration

Learners will receive 18 months access to their course. Average completion time for the Level 7  Diploma is 12 months.

 

Support

You will receive full uncapped access to the TrustTeach Management assessment team for 12 months. You can contact the assessment team via phone, email or over the Learning Assistant platform.  Our assessors work Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, and any messages sent outside of these hours will be picked up during normal working times.  

You will receive your e-cert within 1 week of completion and the hard copy of your certificate within 4 weeks of completion.
