OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring (603/7860/8)

The OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring (603/7860/8) is aimed at candidates who are working in organisations or private practice and are seeking to develop their knowledge and skills in coaching and mentoring. This qualification is ideal for those who lead coaching and mentoring at individual and organisational level, aiming to enhance personal and professional development, fostering transformative learning and reflection and expanding the knowledge and skills necessary to develop professionally as a coach or mentor.

Entry Requirements

To be eligible for the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring, you must possess:

• An honours degree in a related subject, or UK Level 6 Diploma or equivalent overseas qualification
• Management experience

All learners must be 21 or older.

 

Course Structure

Through distance learning you can earn your qualification online while learning, developing and practicing the skills required for employment and/or career progression in a management setting. 

To gain the Level 7 Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring you must complete 6 mandatory units to demonstrate both your knowledge and your working practice.

Unit K/618/8560: Evaluating the Strategic Impact of Coaching and Mentoring

Unit A/618/8563: Establishing Coaching and Mentoring in the Organisation

Unit L/618/8566: Organisational Change Strategies and Personal Development

Unit D/618/8572: Coaching, Mentoring and Managing Organisational Culture and Behaviour 

Unit H/618/8573: Research Methods for Coaching and Mentoring

 

Course Format

Your learning material will be provided by your assessor, along with a guidebook and assessment plan. The assessment team will monitor your progress to offer you support and guidance throughout your course. 

 

Assessment

This is an assignment based qualification. Assignments may be made up of tasks to achieve the unit outcomes.

 

Duration

Learners will receive 18 months access to their course.

 

Support

You will receive full uncapped access to the TrustTeach Management assessment team for 18 months. You can contact the assessment team via phone or email.  Our assessors work Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, and any messages sent outside of these hours will be picked up during normal working times.  

You will receive your e-cert within 1 week of completion and the hard copy of your certificate within 4 weeks of completion.
